Kitchen Supervisor York, UK Band 4. 2-3-month contract, Full time. Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for a Kitchen Supervisor for one of our public clients on a 2-3-month basis. The working hours are full time, no weekend work will be required. You will be required to support the catering managers, assistant catering managers along with the production managers. You will be responsible to produce nutritionally analysed dishes for patients, customers and other service users. What you will do: Responsible for ensuring that high quality, customer focused, and safe food service is provided to the client and external customers. Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to all members consistently. Ensure all health and safety requirements are met consentaneously. Ensure all Health and Safety systems and procedures are complied with at all times and any hazards are identified, reported to management and properly dealt with to reduce accidents. What we're looking for: Experience with high level of dexterity, for example preparing for deadlines. A strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. A solid foundation of working in a kitchen environment is crucial. Qualifications in food safety and hygiene (e.g Level 3 or 4) is desirable.
