We need a Hire Desk Controller to join our team and be responsible for assisting customers with their requirements for hire equipment.
Here are some of the things you can expect to do:
* Handling customer enquiries for Powered Access, Forklifts, Telehandlers & Plant.
* Liaison with customers regarding all hire, sales and service enquiries.
* Proactively promoting the company and its products / services at all times.
* Negotiating hire rates and preparing quotations with associated spec sheet data.
* General administrative duties including resolution of queries.
