We are looking for a warm, positive, and super well-organized nanny preferably with a driving license. You will be caring for two children, a boy aged 11 and a girl aged 9, in a friendly and busy family environment. This is a live-out position, so you should be comfortable commuting to and from our home.
Hours: Monday to Friday 12h30 to 20h30
Key Responsibilities:
•Homework Support: Be a homework hero! Must have good concept of English grammar and primary school maths to be able to assist children with their homework, ensuring they understand and complete assignments and stay on track at school and for their exams.
•Meal Preparation: Cook nutritious and delicious homemade meals and snacks for the children, beyond standard options like fish fingers and nuggets. Prepare larger portions when adults join the meal and create exciting, healthy lunch boxes.
•Childcare: Perform all childcare related duties, including school pick up, organizing age-appropriate educational and fun activities to engage and inspire the children, making sure uniforms are ready for the next day, checking that all clothes and shoes fit.
•Schedule Management: Organize and manage children's schedules, ensuring they stay on track with school, homework, activities, and other commitments.
•Organization: Help and teach children to stay organized and maintain a tidy environment.
•Pet-Friendly: Must love dogs and cats.
Additional Qualifications:
•Knowledge of French or Swedish is a plus.
•A driving license is a strong plus
•References will be checked.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
•Strong organizational and schedule management skills.
•Great knowledgeable cook
•Love for children and pets.
•Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt and change plans at the last minute. Children’s schedules often change due to school plays, exams, last-minute birthday parties, or visiting relatives. A positive attitude and adaptability are essential.
•Salary: £18-£25 gross per hour, based on experience.
