Job Description We are looking for our next People Business Partner to provide two key areas of expertise, a) full generalist HR support to the Group’s Corporate teams, including Finance, Legal & Company Secretary, Health & Safety, Procurement, Estates & Facilities, Business Transformation, and People & Culture, and b) to oversee Group-wide Employee Relations, working closely with venue P&C teams and external advisors to deliver effective ER solutions in the UK. This role is key to supporting business needs and ongoing transformation by ensuring company policies, strategies, and objectives are applied effectively. You will work closely with the P&C leadership team and support office functional managers to develop and deliver a people strategy that supports business goals. You will also partner with P&C Centres of Expertise (COEs) to implement the P&C strategy for central teams, ensuring a consistent and effective approach across the support office.
