We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Showroom Host to help our teams during busy times, holidays, and sickness at our Swansea dealerships. You will join us on a casual basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
About the role:
As our Casual Showroom Host, you will play an essential part in running an exceptionally organised and friendly front of house. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all customers and visitors receive a warm and courteous welcome, promoting professionalism and the family-run feel of the Sinclair Group.

Responsibilities of a Showroom Host will include:
1. Maintaining a presence at the reception desk at all times
2. Answering all calls swiftly and courteously and directing them to appropriate departments
3. Ensuring the reception area and showroom are maintained throughout the day
4. Managing the customer experience whilst they are visiting the business, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit
5. Liaising closely with sales and aftersales departments, ensuring customers are attended to promptly.
What we’re looking for in our Showroom Host:
1. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
2. Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
3. Possess exceptional organisational skills
4. Team player
5. Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers by exceeding expectations
7. Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential
