About the role:
Our Maintenance team work within local communities, helping to ensure that all our properties are taken care of and ready for our customers! Every day will offer new challenges and you’ll be involved with a wide range of activities, working both alone and as part of a friendly team.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be working across a variety of sites, ensuring they are looking their best. In addition to this you will be responsible for:
1. Completing routine checks on our sites
2. Ground maintenance including weed control, strimming and grass cutting
3. Disposal of litter and debris
4. Clearing of road drainage and gullies
Within this role you will be required to travel to different sites using a company vehicle so a full UK driving license is essential.
About You
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role – however we will provide you with all the training necessary! It’s your personality, skills, motivation, and values that matter the most to us. You’ll need to demonstrate a methodical approach, attention to detail and strong communication skills. The successful candidate may be required to work independently so must be able to work under their own initiative with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work.
