First Recruitment Services is searching for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Administrator to support a busy logistics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations while developing key administrative and coordination skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Keeping operations running smoothly with essential administrative support
* Scheduling and booking shipments, including data entry and job file preparation
* Maintaining internal systems and customer portals with accurate tracking updates
* Assisting with billing data verification, job costings, and documentation accuracy
* Preparing internal reports, customer communications, and occasional quotations
* Participating in the shared on-call rota for first line out-of-hours support
* Handling pick/pack/distribution tasks (light manual duties may be involved)
* Managing compliance paperwork and organising internal documents
* Coordinating with operations, finance, and transport teams
