Location: Gillingham (Office-based) Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage new compliance systems and processes across the organisation. Oversee and maintain facilities management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Manage the procurement and distribution of equipment and supplies. Conduct office inspections to uphold operational standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control and compliance records. Supervise the Storeman’s daily activities to ensure efficient stock and equipment management. Conduct COSHH assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. Provide high-level administrative support to facilitate business operations. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within compliance, facilities, or operations. Strong organisational and document management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to implement and oversee processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Willingness to undertake NEBOSH training as required
