Our client, based in South Cambridgeshire, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity; the Service Administrator will be a key contact to customers, building relationships and communicating with all departments across the company. This is a full time, office-based role. The role is incredibly varied with a number of responsibilities including: Managing service contracts Coordinating shipping and paperwork Credit notes Annual Service Contracts Supporting the Senior Service Administrator and Service Manager Checking stock deliveries; Good In/Goods Out Customer Service: one to one customer interaction, phone and emails Monitoring of equipment calibration and service dates The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Experience in dealing with customers and building a rapport. Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage your own workload. Previous administration experience. Process driven. Excellent attention to detail. Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft platforms (training will be supplied for our internal systems). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability and confidence to work without supervision. A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
