Reed is excited to be working with a client on a fully remote temporary position covering the next 2 - 3 months. This is a part-time role working 30 hours a week. This role will be working on the HRIS system Workday alongside the HRIS Manager and is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge with Workday.
The key responsibilities are:
1. Provide resolution to end users by resolving tickets within agreed SLA timeframe, with the ability to assess and execute to the urgency and priority of each inquiry.
2. Provide training support to group and business unit (BU) HR and ensure all training materials are kept up to date.
3. Complete regular system administrative tasks including audits, user updates, and annual process initiation.
4. Assist with regular testing initiatives (User Acceptance Testing) of Workday functionality, including software upgrades and new implementations.
5. Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective HR System functionality.
6. Support critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus submissions, Calibration, and Progressions.
7. Conduct independent research and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
8. Work closely with HR Business Partners to maintain data accuracy/integrity.
9. Assess high volumes of data, ensure data accuracy, and ask appropriate questions.
10. Collaborate with HR Partners to learn about various HR Functions, best practices, and how they relate to and can be better supported by the HR System.
