Salary: £25,000 + Commission (negotiable)
About the Role:
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding estate agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a full-time, office-based role that requires at least 2 years of experience in property sales, preferably within the local area. You will be working within a busy estate agency environment where your skills will be put to the test in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be expected to play an integral part in growing the business, increasing market share, and driving performance through effective team management and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow the agency's market share by creating a large active property register
Maximise revenue and branch profits by hitting and exceeding financial targets
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals
Lead and motivate your team to achieve high levels of performance and ensure daily operations run smoothly
Conduct morning meetings, manage daily diaries, and lead action plans to drive success
Influence team results and develop strategies for market growthSkills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in property sales, with knowledge of the local area (lettings experience is a plus)
