Job DescriptionThe role of a Clinically Leading Therapist involves working collaboratively with the team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need. This includes autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.Responsibilities:Clinically lead the team and hold a therapy caseloadCoordinate line management of onsite clinical team membersDevelop the service development of the clinical school-based serviceThe postholder will work within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures to support integration into day-to-day running of each provision.
