Job description This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk to join our team. Brighton, CO Pay: $23.00/hr. based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Accounting Clerk Responsibilities: Create deposits (sorting checks in alpha order, creating coordinating excel spreadsheet) Pulling invoices from customers files that are included in payments Taking and creating orders 10 key experience; reconciling invoices pulled as paid to the actual check Posting deposits in accounting software Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents and answering phones Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Accounting Clerk Requirements: Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of front desk procedures and office management practices We look forward to discussing this opportunity with you
