1. A proactive problem solver - comfortable managing facilities issues and liaising with key stakeholders, from retailers to emergency services.
2. A facilities management professional with knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and experience in a commercial or retail environment is preferred.
3. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting, balancing technical, operational, and financial responsibilities.
4. A safety-conscious leader who can support health & safety processes, audits, risk assessments, and crisis management planning.
