An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic interiors division within a leading fabric and textile brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for high-quality design, exceptional organisational skills, and experience supporting wholesale sales teams across global markets.
The Role
As Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy interiors sales function. You’ll be responsible for managing global orders, coordinating stock and shipments, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. You’ll work closely with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure the smooth running of the end-to-end order process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operational Support
* Manage daily order processing and inventory tracking with high accuracy
* Provide timely and effective support to a global sales team
* Develop strong product knowledge and stay up to date with new collections
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies
* Process orders and returns using the company’s ERP system
* Allocate stock and coordinate shipping based on customer needs
* Track and communicate order status, flagging issues early
* Liaise with warehousing and production teams to ensure fulfilment timelines are met
* Support the sales team in key meetings as needed
Customer Service
* Respond to customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide detailed information on product and order status
* Aim for first-contact resolution to ensure excellent customer experience
* Ensure accuracy in all customer-facing processes and documentation
* Build collaborative relationships across teams to support seamless service

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* At least one year in a customer-facing or sales support role
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience using ERP systems
* Experience in the textiles or interiors industry is a plus
* Technical understanding of fabrics is advantageous
* Fluency in a second language is desirable
