Respond reactively to breakdowns and plan proactively for maintenance works, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Navigate through diverse duties that evolve as you collaborate with different teams, providing you with a dynamic and engaging work experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Exceptional administrative skills coupled with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office products, and CRM software. Strong geographical knowledge of the South-East of England and adept at using Google Maps. Excellent communication skills, confident and polite telephone manner. Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service and an empathetic communication style. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to find solutions and achieve results.
