We are looking for a Level 5 Qualified Service Manager to work across two sites based in Folkstone & Herne Bay supporting people with Autism & Learning Disabilities. The salary is up to £40,000 with a great benefits package and working in a rewarding role. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for helping people to achieve their goals, leading aspirational teams, and overseeing and running efficient support. You will be ensuring that the homes meet the values of the organisation and that the people you support are at the heart of everything we do. You will need to demonstrate authentic leadership values such as resilience, making a positive impact, partnership working,, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving a regulatory rating of Outstanding. As the Service Manager, you will be required to: work alongside the people we support and their families. You will support them in the decisions they make about how they live their lives and support their ambitions and positive risk taking. manage all aspects of running the home, including, but not limited to: Supervision, coaching and mentoring of colleagues effective rota management support planning quality assurance training and career development budget management The Service Manager must have: QCF Level 5 or working towards one (or equivalent) Prior experience and an understanding of learning disabilities, autism. An understanding of Positive Behaviour Support will be useful.
