Responsibilities – Quality Manager
* Drive the sites quality through prevention, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate across local and global functions to improve and maintain the highest quality standards.
* Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system.
* Implementing short, medium- and long-term strategy, activities, and planning to develop the quality management system, based on identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration and agreement with the local management team.
* Establishing a closed-loop quality cycle from product development to customer experience feedback to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met
Qualification/Experience – Quality Manager
1. Engineering qualification is a significant value-add with a strong IOT/electronic technical background.
2. Knowledge of the ISO9001 standard with a lead auditor certification.
