Join Our Clients Team as a Property Sales Negotiator
Location: Wells Office
Are you passionate about the property market and looking for a rewarding career? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Wells.
This role offers a chance to work in a thriving local property market with unique and beautiful properties.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Client Interaction: Be the first point of contact, greeting clients and handling enquiries throughout the property transaction process.
2. Applicant Management: Register and qualify new applicants for property sales or purchases, and manage our applicant database.
3. Property Visits: Generate, arrange, and conduct property visits, including accompanied viewings.
4. Sales Support: Assist clients through the property purchase process, negotiate offers, liaise with applicants and vendors, and support sales through to completion.
5. Service Promotion: Promote and refer relevant services to clients.
6. Administration: Complete administrative tasks related to property sales, including updating our CRM system and web portals.
7. Flexible Duties: Adapt to varying daily tasks and support the team wherever needed.
Personal Attributes Required:
1. Academic Qualifications: None required, but good level of literacy and numeracy essential.
2. Relevant Experience: Some Residential Agency or property experience would be advantageous but not essential.
3. Intellectual/Personal Skills: Must have good communication, telephone and interpersonal skills and have a flexible attitude.
4. Computing Skills: Must have a high level of word processing skills and be both confident and competent in relevant IT processes.
Work Environment Considerations:
The role requires visits to properties so the post-holder must have a valid driving licence and use of a personal car, insured for business use.

1. Personality: Positive, warm, friendly, and well-presented.
2. Skills: Organised, solution-driven, resilient, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Experience: Previous experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
4. Requirements: UK driving licence and own vehicle, confident in IT, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break)
Alternate Saturdays: 9.00am - 1.00pm (with a ½ day back in lieu for each Saturday worked)
