Location:
8 Hermitage Street, Paddington, W2 1BE – fully office-based
Contract terms:
6 month fixed term contract
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary:
£27,400 per annum (equivalent to £13.15 per hour)

Responsibilities:
1. Front of House and Administration Support:
1. Be the first point of contact on our reception ensuring all members and guests are made to feel welcome and well looked after
2. Learn and utilise the 'Nexudus' platform to manage all member services
3. Manage all mail, parcels and couriers
4. Provide a telephone reception service for the building
5. Building opening and closing
6. Maintain stock levels of building consumables
2. Operations Support:
1. Provide a help desk service for all centre questions and issues
2. Manage ticketing system for building repairs/fixes. Provide weekly update to Paddington Works team and contractors on open tickets.
3. Assist the General Manager in the co-ordination of 3rd party contractors
4. Act as a first point of contact for all contractors, liaising on a day-to-day basis
3. Business Support:
1. Help deliver events if necessary, including room set up and catering set up
2. Assist in managing the booking calendar for events and meeting rooms
3. Provide administrative support for rest of Paddington Works team
4. Additional duties to support the smooth running of the business as required
Requirements
Key requirements:
* A proven track record for fantastic customer service
* Exceptional organisational skills
* A team player who’s eager to get stuck in
* Fully competent in Microsoft Office
* Strong written and verbal English
* Minimum GCSE/A’Levels (or equivalent) – including English and Maths
* Legal right to work in the UK
Advantageous skills:
* Previous experience in co-working/hospitality/operations
* Knowledge of Nexudus, or other workspace operation systems
* Additional languages
