We are seeking a Construction Recruitment Business Development Manager to join a growing and ambitious company.
Role
To recruit skilled trades and labour to the industry.
To generates and identify new business opportunities.
To join a growing company with opportunities for future personal development.
To meet and support, both existing and potential clients.
Quickly follow up on new leads and undertake some cold calling.
To support and work with the existing business development team
Skills
Knowledge and experience of the construction industry.
A track record of working in the labour services market and delivery of Construction T&L.
Experienced in a sales focused role within recruitment- preferably in the construction industry.
Experience in delivering recruitment services to Main/Sub-contractors.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets / growth and new business acquisition.
A flexible attitude to roles and responsibilities.
Be innovative in approach.

Salary (Depending upon Experience) of £35,000 - £45,000 (+Commission)
