At Fitness Superstore, we’re looking for a Commercial Sales Development Manager to lead our commercial growth strategy—expanding our presence across corporate, public sector, hospitality, education, and wellness markets. With a national network of 11 high-performing retail stores as your foundation, you'll develop new B2B channels, drive strategic outreach, and position our premium fitness equipment in front of the right clients.
Based at our Northampton Head Office, you’ll work cross-functionally with key leaders to ensure product, marketing, and sales strategies are fully aligned—and laser-focused on commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive B2B Growth: Develop and execute a robust commercial sales strategy targeting new and existing sectors including corporate wellness, hospitality, education, and government.
* Partnership Building: Establish and manage strategic relationships with key decision-makers—gyms, hotels, schools, corporates, and public institutions etc.
