Job Advert HR Data & Reporting Administrator Location York – Office Based Hours - 25 Hours a week Are you detail-driven with a passion for data? Gear4music is looking for a HR Data & Reporting Administrator to join our small and dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and analysing HR data, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support across all aspects of people data, reporting, and systems. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Maintaining HR data quality, including employee records and salary information. Producing monthly people reports, such as absence and attrition rates. Keeping HR systems, spreadsheets, and records up-to-date. Conducting annual HR data audits and supporting compliance checks. Processing starters, leavers, and payroll changes each month. Assisting with the Annual Performance Review process, including data updates and salary record checks. Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes, including exploring AI-driven efficiencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and an aptitude for learning new tools. Confident working with data, numbers, and statistics. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven administrative experience, ideally within HR. A basic understanding of HR principles, policies or practises would be advantageous.
