Our client, a growing IT services provider based in Flintshire, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic 3rd Line IT Technician / Third Line Support to join their team. ROLE
The successful3rd Line IT Technician candidate will provide high-level IT support to a range of business clients, working on diverse systems and projects.
* Delivering 3rd / third line IT support for business clients across various systems.
* Supporting Microsoft Exchange environments, both onsite and 365.
* Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Server installations.
* Providing expertise in Microsoft 365 products and backup solutions.
* Handling advanced desktop support and resolving helpdesk queries.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
* Contributing to IT projects, including planning and implementation.
