In our Scheme Assistant role, you’ll assist with the management of Amplius’ three older person’s housing schemes within the Lincoln area, ensuring they provide a well-managed, secure environment for customers.
Location: Church View (Nettleham, Lincoln) & St Faith’s Court (West Parade, Lincoln) / Longhurst Court (Blenheim Road, Lincoln)
Salary: Up to £22,988.68 per year
Contract: Permanent
⏰Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5.15pm)
✨Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Scheme Assistant:
- Manage the day-to-day service delivery of three schemes acting as a point of contact for our residents enabling them to live independently.
- Helping to engage residents and supporting in the creation of community.
- Support residents and raise any wellbeing concerns to manager or relevant team.
- Help customers in relation to housing management and maintenance issues.
- Reporting, and monitoring building repairs through to completion.
- Support with viewings for new customers, and help customers settle into the schemes.
- Complete site compliance checks / premise inspections.
- Identifying anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns and referring through to the relevant teams or agencies.

- Ability to communicate clearly when speaking and writing including maintaining clear and accurate records.
