Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in achieving organisational sales goals and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
* Provide attentive and responsive customer service, advising and driving sales of our Cosy products.
* Coordinate inquiries from initial contact to order completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Cosy product range.
* Utilise product knowledge and excellent communication skills to guide customers in their product selection.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise order potential and promote the Cosy brand professionally.
* Provide accurate and friendly information to customers, both verbally and in writing.
* Efficiently manage the Customer Service email inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department promptly.
* Handle customer telephone calls, addressing product queries and processing orders.
* Monitor online orders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring accurate order processing.
* Interact directly with potential, new, and existing customers, building strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and generate proactive sales.
* Follow up on opportunities, orders, and customer demands in a professional manner.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, keeping customers informed of order progress.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a team player with an outgoing personality and the following qualifications:
* Excellent telephone manner.
* At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to remain calm under conflict.
