The role of Sales Coordinator:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers (approx 50% of job role)
Handle incoming calls from existing customers
Generate and qualify leads through
Present products in a compelling manner
Maintain and update customer databases
Collaborate with team members

B2B customer sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in challenging situations
Familiarity with CRM software
