We are seeking a motivated Risk Assurance graduate to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our risk and control processes. Key responsibilities would be to:
* Assess the design and performance of key controls to limit our Operational, Compliance and Conduct risk exposures to appetite
* Complete root cause analysis to identify the key drivers that have led to any control weaknesses identified
* Recommend effective and proportional control improvement plans, as well as containment and remedial activities
* Write up all findings into key reports that highlight any control weaknesses, the risk exposures these cause, and the key actions required
* Understand the key legal and regulatory requirements within MCOBS and GDPR and be able to apply these to the business activities
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Risk Assurance and financial services.
Throughout your programme, you will be fully supported by dedicated Academy mentors, as well as being guided by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

What we are looking for
* Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree in a technology-related subject
* Graduated in 2024 or are due to complete in 2025;
* An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Comfortable with presenting and building relationships;
