Salary + Benefits: £27000 - £29000 per annum

Office Manager
Our client is looking for an Office Manager to assist a member of staff who is the right-hand person to the Supply Chain Manager. This person can make this role 'their own'.
* Answering the phone and directing calls to appropriate members of staff.
* Assisting customers when possible.
* Gatekeeping phone calls and fielding inquiries.
* Managing their inbox.
* Maintenance of 5 company vehicles - servicing, MOT, tax, etc.
* Ensuring engineers report faults/issues with vehicles and that they are kept in good condition.
* Arranging lunches for training courses/meetings (liaising with local shop in the village).
* Ensuring grounds and offices are maintained - housekeeping, liaising with gardeners, etc.
* Purchasing in-house items and assisting the Supply Chain Manager.
* Looking after the eBay store for 'seconds' sold on the platform (previous experience desirable).
* Showing new members of staff around.
Holidays: 26 days plus bank holidays (3 to be retained for Christmas shutdown).
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.30pm.
