Key Responsibilities
:
1. Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team throughout the transaction process.
2. Assist with managing client files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
3. Prepare and review property documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing forms.
4. Communicate with clients, estate agents, and third parties to gather necessary information and progress transactions.
5. Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant parties to obtain results.
6. Assist in the completion of financial documentation and the exchange of contracts.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
8. Manage appointments and diary scheduling for the conveyancers.
9. Deal with client queries and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Key Skills & Experience:
10. Previous experience in a conveyancing assistant or similar administrative role is desirable.
11. Knowledge of the conveyancing process is advantageous.
12. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
15. IT literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and case management systems.
