Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a market-leading lifting and testing specialist. Due to ongoing success and diversification, they require an experienced Crane Engineer to join their team in Rosyth.
Skills and Experience:
* Candidates must be apprentice-trained or equivalent and conversant with mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
* Mechanical bias with electrical knowledge would be ideal.
* Health and Safety knowledge.
* Experience maintaining overhead cranes and hoists.
* You will be climbing ladders and working at heights.
* Must be flexible with the ability to travel at short notice.
* Must hold a current driving license.
Due to the location of the clients' customers, you will be required to stay away at times (travel, accommodation, and food will be provided).
Duties:
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various overhead, traveling, and pencil cranes.
* Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
* Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues.
* Complete appropriate documentation through your mobile device.
