Estates Administrator
Part-time - 22.5 hours/week over 3 days Monday to Friday
Hospiscare Band 3, £24,071 – £25,674 per annum pro rata
In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the Estates team and on an ad hoc basis to colleagues in the Catering, Reception and IT teams, as well as providing occasional Reception cover when required. You will be responsible for keeping the Asset Management and Planned Maintenance database up to date and accurate, and for monitoring the Estates helpdesk to ensure reactive maintenance requests are logged and dealt with in a timely manner. In addition, you will run reports from the electronic systems to provide information required by senior colleagues in the Estates team.
You will have demonstrable experience in an administrative role delivering exemplary customer service, and using databases including running reports. You’ll also have developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
