What we're looking for: Proven ability to manage full employee lifecycles, from creating stellar onboarding experiences to handling sensitive off-boarding situations Excellent analytical skills with a talent for turning HR data into actionable insights Experience in overseeing payroll and benefits administration Demonstrable project management skills with a completer-finisher mindset Tech-savvy with a knack for using AI to make your role more efficient You understand the importance of and are comfortable working on principles not policies Natural problem-solver who can make sound decisions independently You will be excellent at building relationships and influencing others A real team player - willing to turn your hand to what is needed to get the job done Nice to have: Experience with using Hibob Experience in designing and implementing engaging L&D programs, particularly management development initiatives Previous experience of working in a start-up or similar fast-paced environment Diversity and equality matter: These are our ideal requirements, but we know some people are less likely to apply for the role unless they are 100% qualified.
