Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Department. Ideally you will have some finance experience; however, this is not essential. With previous office experience, you will slot easily into our small Head Office team. If you are organised and methodical, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
This is a part-time position working Tuesday to Thursday (22.5 hours per week).
Duties
1. Code, check and input invoices into Xero
2. Check and reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
3. File invoices and statements
4. Deal with purchase ledger enquiries
5. Ensure invoices are authorised correctly and timely
6. Ensure payments on account and direct debit are allocated correctly
7. Provide ad hoc support to office team as and when required.
Person Specification
Desirable
1. GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade A-C in English Language and Maths.
Essential
1. Experience of working in an office environment.
2. Experience of working with Excel.
