We are looking to recruit a hard-working, resilient individuals to work as part of our amazing team. Redwood aims to provide the highest quality of teaching and learning to our youngsters and requires all our staff to work together as a part of a coherent team.
We are seeking to recruit a person who will:
* Act as a responsible adult and assist with the supervision, personal care, welfare and keeping safe of individuals and / or groups of children and their environment, working with teachers and other class staff to plan and deliver activities to support student engagement.
* Demonstrate an understanding of children with social, communication, and interaction needs.
* Assist with resources and basic classroom management techniques to support their learning
* Encourage positive behaviour and aiding the teacher in managing behaviour.
* Give regular feedback on children’s progress to the class teacher and file records
* Establish good relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
* Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of the learning environment.
* To be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
