Join Our Team as a Course Coordinator at NOAH Training
Location: Luton, with one day a week in Bedford Office
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible timings, to be agreed)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

At NOAH Academy, we strive to address poverty by helping people realise their full potential through training and employment support. We’re looking for a Course Coordinator to manage the planning and organisation of our ESOL and other training programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and a high-quality learner experience.
About the Role
As Course Coordinator, you will:
* Plan and organise training programmes to run in Luton
* Timetable venues, rooms, and staff to deliver and fulfil planned training programmes
* Manage the internal and external referrals process for the course
* Carry out interviews and course inductions for new learners
* Maintain individual learner and staff records, including achievement and attendance at activities
* Maintain relationships with external contractors, volunteers, and partner organisations
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of courses by providing supervision and administrative assistance and resolving issues as they arise
* Work with businesses and partners to arrange visits, talks, mock interviews, work placements, and other activities
* Maintain database records and filing systems, including Salesforce, to meet deadlines
* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager
* Liaise with funders to monitor and maintain funding outcomes and invoicing
* Write end-of-project reports in consultation with the Training and Employment Manager
* Work with colleagues to ensure clients are signposted to NOAH’s range of opportunities
This role requires some travel across the region.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who has:
* At least 1 year of proven successful project supervision in an educational, training, or similar setting
* Excellent customer service skills gained through training, catering, retail, or other service environments
* Previous experience of working as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
* Confidence in working to deadlines and delivering against schedules
