Learning Delivery Manager Qualification Graduation / Post Graduation(PMP certification preferred) Responsibility Implementation Plan Design : Create delivery processes as needed. Prepare detailed implementation plan specifying month / quarter wise budgets number of locations targets audience methodology (delivery mode) resources allocation (People / Infrastructure / Tools / licenses)etc. Understand the objective of learning programs including organizing infrastructure facilities & liaising with participants/facilitators. Prepare and ensure adherence to documented process checklist is followed for smooth implementation of learning programs. Publish Implementation Plan with program schedule for each initiative for respective location Enable Location Level Calendar consolidation. Governance Monitor and review the implementation of the execution plan approved by the Implementation Manager. Create control mechanisms for using the RACI framework for the program / initiative. Create a contingent plan to deal with rescheduling situations. Liaise with different stakeholders (within / outside the team) for on going operations. Monitor and report effectiveness(Level 1) of training programs on a day to day basis. Perform the Root Cause Analysis on the L1 falling below the threshold limit. report details to the Implementation Manager. Delivery Of Courses Prepare a monthly calendar for Delivery of course by providing insights in line with the planned initiatives. Track and Report the run cost for the programs and initiatives and seek approvals in case of over runs. Monitor the delivery of courses (internal and external trainers). Review the training feedback. Provide execution guidance to implementation facilitators on a day to day basis. Have hand on experience on tools for initiatives (applicable for On site leads). Interface with key stakeholders during program execution for high end programs. Plan ground execution for every batch with adherence to implementation check list created by Learning Delivery Lead. Reporting Track & report numbers around learning programs such as infrastructure usage size of training batch etc. Utilize data in planning for optimum coverage through training programs. Report on insights and trends based on feedback from initiatives and programs. Analyze and timely feedback in L1 L2 L3 terms from the programs / initiatives to the Solutions team and consultants. Perform RCA and provide corrective action recommendation for pulse survey falling below thresh. Vendor Management Liaise with vendors for execution of Programs / initiatives (facilitator schedules). Monitor and ensure adherence to the Vendor engagement in terms of delivery quality and commercials. Report specific related issues on vendor / program delivery to Implementation Manager / Solution stakeholders. Project Management Define the project plan (cost / people / People/ communication / risk) with Solutions and Learning Delivery Lead. Location Management : Plan infrastructure across business requirements based on calendar and Adhoc training needs. Interact with NSS for any issue resolution software and hardware related requirements. Report utilization metrics. Plan and supervise location level execution of corporate events and other organizational needs.
