We work together with the personal injury sector, including Insurers, Claimant Lawyers, Employers and Healthcare Providers to achieve the best possible outcomes for injured individuals.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Business Development Manager able to drive new sales growth and nurture excellent relationships with our Insurer and Claimant Solicitor customers.
This exciting role gives you the opportunity to bring your skills and experience from claims, legal or private healthcare services to the serious and catastrophic injury sector and to be part of a team helping people with life-changing injuries return to optimum function, work and independence.
What you will be doing
* Taking responsibility for driving referral growth from existing Insurer, Claimant Solicitor and TPA customers through proactive strategic account management
* Seeking out and developing potential new customers within our sectors
* Expanding business opportunities with ideas for diversified service lines
* Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure we are consistently “wowing” our customers with our excellent service delivery
A personal approach is required in this role that builds positive relationships with customers through social interaction, focusing on Corporé’s business growth goals. Networking, attending industry events and meeting customers face-to-face is an essential aspect of this role and requires a personable, confident and gregarious candidate that can nurture one-to-one relationships. A proven track record with regards to meeting and exceeding targets is essential. Salary: From £50,000, with uncapped bonus and commission. Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
Location: Home-based with UK-wide travel including our central Liverpool operations base.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent commercial experience with a track record of business growth
* Existing contacts with major UK Insurer customers (Essential)
* Experience and contacts in the legal sector (Desirable)
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams with an excellent understanding of IT
