Complex Outreach Bank Support Worker
Covering people in the Elland / Halifax area and Brighouse / Rastrick area.
Experience in healthcare, understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviours, as well as a compassionate approach to care are all desired. Use own initiative whilst lone working in the community and the family's home.
The ideal Complex Outreach Bank Support Worker will have experience in or be willing to be trained in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning/cough assist.

Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Bank/Relief – flexibility required
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm / weekends occasionally (flexibility required)
Holidays: 33 days per year (pro rata)
CJP Outreach services are looking to recruit additional Complex Outreach Bank Support Workers for our Complex Care Team who will be looking after a variety of individuals with complex medical health needs. We are looking for engaging, compassionate, and reliable support workers to join our friendly team.

* Support People with a learning disability, epilepsy, challenging behaviour, and other conditions.
* Duties include personalized care, management of epilepsy, addressing challenging behaviours with empathy, assisting with mobility challenges, adapting communication methods for visual impairment, and fostering emotional well-being.
* Work closely with the individual and their support network to tailor care to their specific needs.
Our refer a friend scheme is worth £500 in total, split £250 after the person has worked 100 hours and another £250 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
