Our client has a rapidly growing analysis department and is looking for a CRM Analyst to join their team in Warrington.
This position will support the Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager and will focus on consumer insights and the planning, campaign execution, and results in the analysis of CRM programs. The CRM Analyst role is key in developing our understanding of online and offline customer behavior patterns and to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities. This role will focus on the sharing of CRM data, consumer insights, trends, and best practices with the wider business to drive innovative, effective, consumer-inspired strategies.
Working towards the 3 strategic pillars in CRM: recruitment of new customers, retention of existing customers, and reactivation of old customers, this is a varied role that will cover:
1. Campaign Management
2. Reporting & Analysis
3. Data Management
The Candidate
1. Educated to degree level in any analytical subject: Physics, Economics, Maths, Computer Science or similar related subjects which will highlight your ability to analyse extensive amounts of data.
2. Proficiency with Excel is a must as you will be using this to construct reports.
3. Strong and clear communication skills as this will help explain your ideas across all areas of the business.
4. Outstanding attention to detail as you will be analysing tremendous amounts of data.
