What You’ll Do:
* Assist in the creation of custom orthotic devices, including footwear and insoles.
* Use tools such as moulders and grinding machines along with hand tools.
* Ensure every device meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
* Collaborate with senior technicians on troubleshooting and repairs.
* Maintain a clean, organized workshop environment.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to stay compliant with industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine interest in healthcare or a related field.
* Exceptional manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail.
* A natural problem solver who can follow technical instructions with ease.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
