Lidl Deputy Store Manager Job Description
We are Lidl, a leading international retailer with a strong presence in the UK market. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at our Plymouth store. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive shopping experience
- Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve efficiency
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and support to ensure they meet their targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a management position, preferably within a retail environment. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
