Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a CYP Mental Health Practitioner join our new Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) consisting of various stakeholders coming together to improve the health & wellbeing of children and young people with mental health needs or neurodiversity. Working alongside a CYP Social Prescribing Link Worker you will assess and support our younger patients and their families as appropriate who are waiting for a CAMHS assessment or have been recommended an alternative pathway by CAMHS. Main duties of the job The post holder will supervise the CYP Social Prescriber and together you will identify the best support that is available to meet children and young people with their mental health needs or neurodiversity. This may be signposting and helping navigate the existing services, it may be providing short term intervention with the patient and/or their family.
