We are currently seeking a committed and inspiring 1:1 Tutor to deliver personalised tuition across core subjects such as English, Maths and/or Science. You’ll be working with children and young people who may benefit from extra support outside of the traditional classroom – helping them re-engage with learning and achieve their potential in a way that works for them. About the Role: As a 1:1 Tutor, you will: Deliver engaging, learner-centred sessions that meet individual needs Support pupils with a range of academic abilities and learning styles Track and celebrate progress, building confidence every step of the way Adapt your approach to suit the pupil’s pace, interests, and goals What We’re Looking For: Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths or Science (Primary or Secondary level) Previous teaching or tutoring experience A calm, encouraging and patient approach Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to build rapport and motivate learners A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience We Offer: The chance to have a real, lasting impact on students’ academic and personal growth.
