An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client who is based in Weybridge, Surrey as a French Account Executive. You will have responsibility for dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring orders are processed accurately.
* Job Type: Permanent
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm
* Location: Weybridge, Surrey - hybrid working

As the French Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
* Processing sales orders and quotations
* Developing relationships with customers and assisting with any enquiries
* Responding to all inbound calls & emails quickly and efficiently
* De-escalating calls and emails effectively and knowing when to escalate to senior team members for resolution support
* Working flexibly to assist and support other areas of the Customer Service department and customers as necessary
The successful French Account Executive will have the following related skills / experience:
* Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written, is essential
* Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment
* Commercial awareness
* Ability to multitask with confident organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
