Graduate Construction Project Manager
Location: Travel Nationwide (based in Birmingham)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Pertemps presents an exceptional opportunity for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our client in central Birmingham. Specialising in a diverse range of construction projects nationwide, including Industrial, Commercial & hotel and leisure refurbishments, we are seeking an ambitious individual ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with plenty of opportunity for progression.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee various Construction & refurbishment projects across the UK.
* Conduct site visits and client meetings to discuss project updates.
* Manage tender contracts and engage in Contract Administration duties.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Demonstrate proficiency in delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in construction or related field (RICS accredited preferred).
* Membership of, or working towards, a Construction-based subscription (RICS).
* Previous experience in Construction project Management in either industrial or commercial sectors preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
* Willingness to travel nationwide and possess own transport.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
* Enthusiastic about professional development and career progression.
