The Opportunity:
As part of our growth for 2024, we are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of projects throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-standard welding and fabrication support within the workshop team.
* Operate general workshop tools effectively.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work independently and as part of a team, showcasing strong initiative and time management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Min 3 years welding experience
* Previous experience in MIG welding process
* Experience working in a fabrication environment.
* Competence in operating general workshop tools.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage work load to meet project deadlines.
* Good Communication skills with the ability to work within a team structure, as well as working on individual projects with minimal supervision
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Experience in reading, interpreting and fabricating from CAD drawings
* Current Forklift license
