Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles. Manage the candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process. Business Development: Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate terms of business with clients to secure profitable agreements. Develop a pipeline of new clients and maintain an active database of leads. Placement Coordination: Match qualified candidates with appropriate client vacancies. Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates. Provide post-placement support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction for both parties. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system. Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and client proposals. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
