Description
The company is a well-established company based on the outskirts of Lancaster providing accounting services to 1,200+ clients via cloud accounting software.
The role will encompass the supervision and management of three to four Senior Client Account Managers and support the Manager of the Accounts Department. The role involves managing teams of Client Account Managers who each have a portfolio of approximately 100 clients.
It is imperative that the individual takes an active role in developing the CAM teams to improve the service offered to clients and essentially contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements for the role are:
* To be qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
* To show a proven background in accounting and managing a portfolio of clients.
* To have excellent accounting and taxation knowledge, as the client base is varied and you will need to answer a wide range of questions and queries.
* To be able to solve problems and provide a professional, punctual, and accurate service to clients.
* To be an ambitious and proactive fully qualified accountant who has trained and worked in practice for a number of years and ideally with portfolio management experience who is ready to take sole charge and responsibility for clients.
* To have strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate, supervise, and report performance to seniors.
