We have a unique service that offers overnight short breaks for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs within a beautiful location on the outskirts of Sudbury. We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, energetic people to join our experienced team in delivering a high-quality service. You would be working as part of a welcoming, supportive and friendly team. Your main role is to inspire, encourage and enable service users to achieve their own goals by supporting their independence and celebrating their success. You will also be required to: work supervised and unsupervised with individual service users or small groups ensure that all agreed care plans, recording forms, assessments, management strategies, and behavioural interventions are completed assist in the development of each person and sensitively support their personal care needs and relationships work a combination of days, evenings, nights and weekends. Working patterns can be discussed at interview.
